Graduation Information (given out during P4 orientation)
A packet of information regarding graduation practice, your number in line, and other commencement details will be mailed to your home address during Spring Quarter 2010.

Graduates are responsible for picking up their caps and gowns at the Barnes & Noble/The Ohio State University Bookstore (1598 N. High St. at 11th/N. High). Questions about your order may be directed to the bookstore at (614) 247-2000.
Hoods will be delivered to the College of Pharmacy directly and will be given to graduates on stage during the ceremony.

Ohio State Board licensure information, survey of Pharmacy Law CD-ROMs and other items will be distributed on Friday, June 11, 2010 to PharmD gradudates.

NAPLEX/MPJE registration booklets and information on licensure in Ohio are included in your graduation gifts (see above).
If you plan to be licensed in another state:
- Please visit www.nabp.net for links to the State Boards of Pharmacy.
- If you have forms from other State Boards or need verification of graduation, please contact June Evans at evans.28@osu.edu.
NAPLEX/MPJE review guides and information can be found at www.nabp.net under "Examination Programs."
The Pre-NAPLEX examination can be taken at www.prenaplex.com. This year, the College of Pharmacy is supporting the fee for 4th-year PharmD students to take this licensure exam preparation tool. Please contact June Evans at evans.28@osu.edu for more details and to obtain a voucher number.
