Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowships
in the Pharmaceutical Sciences
- Interested in research?
- Do you like working in a laboratory (or would like to find out if you like it)?
- Would you like to know more about discovery, use, or mechanisms of action of drugs/medicines?
Fellowships are available for undergraduate students who would like to do research work in any of the pharmaceutical sciences for the summer of 2010. The fellowships provide a minimum of $4,000 for a ten-week full-time experience.
Research activities can be directed by any faculty member in the College of Pharmacy who is willing to mentor a student for the summer. A description of some of the projects that might be available is found in the Undergraduate Research in Pharmaceutical Sciences section of the College of Pharmacy web site. Additional information can be obtained by personally contacting faculty.
Applications can be obtained from Kathy Brooks in room 217C Parks Hall, 500 West l2th Avenue, (brooks.13@osu.edu) or downloaded from the web. Please list the faculty whose research activities are of interest to you. Application deadline is March 5, 2010.
