Pharmacy 799: Advanced pharmacy practice experience rotation –
An elective longitudinal experience "Serving the Underserved". The experience includes a 1 to 2 week medical mission trip to Honduras. Provide quality health care to the poorest residents of Choluteca, Honduras in collaboration with an inter-professional health care team.
Research
Work with Dr. Glen Apseloff at The Ohio State University, College of Medicine, Department of Pharmacology. Accurately make parenteral and oral compounds to be administered to patients involved in various drug studies.
Outreach
- Grace Free Clinic
- Volunteer at Delaware, Ohio Grace Free Clinic with a team of inter-professional health care providers serving the uninsured population of Delaware and Marion counties with their health care needs.
