Dr. Frank Holds 5 patents in small particle formation and microencapsulation of relatively insoluble drugs. A fully endowed graduate fellowship in pharmaceutics was established in honor of Dr. Frank in 1997.
The design and evaluation of novel drug delivery systems and the general application of surface and colloid chemistry to pharmaceutical systems.
