The OSU College of Pharmacy Alumni Society is made up of elected representatives from every county in Ohio and out-of-state representatives from Alabama, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. Elections for representatives from the large cities in Ohio, including Cincinnati, Cleveland, and Columbus, are typically held in each Spring.
