In order to complete the BSPS degree, students must apply & be accepted to The Ohio State University. After completing prerequisites, students may request a transfer into the College of Pharmacy.

Application to the MS / PhD program (Medicinal Chemistry and Pharmacognosy, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, and Pharmacy Administration) is handled through Ohio State's Graduate Admissions site. From this site, you can apply online or print an application. The code for the College of Pharmacy is "360".
Additional detail concerning the Graduate application process is available online or by contacting the graduate admissions office.
Those interested in Ohio State's Doctor of Pharmacy program should apply via PharmCAS. Also, three letters of recommendation should be sent directly to PharmCAS. Please follow directions on their website concerning the submission of these letters.
Questions pertaining to the application process for the Pharm.D. program should be directed to the College of Pharmacy's admissions office.
