How to Enroll as a Patient
The Ohio State University Clinical Partners Program is focused on helping YOU, the patient. Clinical Partners pharmacists work one-on-one with you to improve your overall health. We develop a plan for your care that includes your physician’s recommendations and your individual lifestyle, personality, and personal goals.
