What is the Clinical Partners Program?

The Clinical Partners Program is a pharmacist-managed clinic established in1996 in collaboration with The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy. Our mission is pharmacist collaboration with patients and health care providers to promote wellness and assist patients in the achievement of optimal therapeutic outcomes. Clinical Partners provides a friendly, safe, and confidential environment to serve the health care needs of the community.
